Your name, email, phone number, company and delivery address when you email us for a quote, apply for wholesale or buy from us, plus anything you choose to tell us.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver orders and occasionally tell you about our products. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing at any time.
Services we use
- Our payment provider processes online payments. We never see or store your card details.
- Netlify hosts this website.
- ActiveCampaign runs our wholesale application form and email list.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads help us understand how people use the site and measure our ads.
- Meta Pixel helps us measure Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Couriers receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
Analytics and advertising tools use cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We only share it with the services above, with your consent, or where the law requires it. Some of these services store data outside Australia.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it. Business records are kept for at least 7 years, as the law requires.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@nonnatinas.com. We don't charge for access requests.

Email hello@nonnatinas.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
